Cancellation Policy: The client consents that when making an appointment, he/she understands that a credit card is required to book. 
Your card will be charged 100% of the service cost upon booking.  If you need to cancel or reschedule, that credit will be applied to your future appointment. 
IF YOU HAVE A GIFT CARD, PLEASE EMAIL jodi@healinghamsa.com TO ARRANGE FOR AN APPOINTMENT TO FOREGO THE DEPOSIT.  YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE YOUR GIFT CARD NUMBER AND AN UPDATED OPENING ON THE BOOK READY WHEN REQUESTING AN APPOINTMENT.
If you wish to cancel and not reschedule, your deposit will be returned If and only if you adhere to the spa cancellation policy.
